Today we are reviwing a makeup palette. This pallet is from the brand w7 which became quite popular in the last year. I have heard about the brand through a friend which is obbsesed with their products,also through the unlimited makeup videos on Instagram featuring the brand.So
,I thought it will be a good idea to give it a try.
First Impressions:
Well,when I first saw the pallet I was excited about the big mirror it has. Also the packaging really caught my eye,but we will talk about it that in a second. In the store I swatched the shades and they seem quite pigmented which obviously it’s a must. I have to admit,the glitter eyeshadows convinced me to get it.
Packaging and Price :
The packaging in my opinion is amazing for a low priced pallet. It’s not plastic but it’s kind of a cardboard packaging similar to the Huda Beauty palette packaging. Also,the color of the packaging very well describes the name and tone of the pallet “Romance”. It’s a dirty pink kind of color which catches the eye. The name of the pallet is written In gold letters which I think compliments the pink very nicely. It’s very clear that they put a lot of effort and thought in this pallet. You rarely can find such a good looking pallet at a low cost. I brought it for €8 from the store,but online I think you can buy it even cheaper.
Eyeshodws and Longevity:
The eyeshodws have a warm undertone which I find very flattering for summer and especially on sun kissed skin. There are 14 eyeshadows in the pallet of which 5 of them are pressed glitter eyeshadows. The glitter eyeshadows have amazing pigmentation and very little fall out. Which in glitter shades is very hard to find both of those qualities in my experience. You also have a great selection of lighter coloured eyeshodws but also darker ones. Both of these categories have great pigmentation and you don’t experience any fall out with the lighter eyeshadows ,of course with the darker eyeshadows there will be a little fall out. Now taking about longevity, I have tried it both with primer and without. I personally prefer it with primer because i find that the eyeshadows look more intense and since it’s summer and the humidity is sky high I find it works better for me. But for someone with a more dry skin type and not oily like mine not applying a primer will be just fine. They last very well and do not move during the day which everyone wants I guess.

Since you have such a good selection on eyeshadows you can create pretty much any look that comes to your mind. There are great dark shades for a perfect smoke eye, you can also create a glittery smokey eye or a more soft smokey eye. Also, it can be used as a daily makeup palette because you have some amazing basic colours for your everyday look or just if your style is more on the simple side.The glitter eyeshadows are also amazing for festival makeup with really glittery eye looks. There is something for everyone’s taste in this pallet
